| 摘 要： | 针对采用常规开关量、模拟量控制变频器的方法存在信号远距离传输失真的问题,提出了一种应用Modbus协议对S7-226 PLC和伦茨变频器进行通信的方法,详细介绍了其通信调试步骤。实际应用表明,该方法不仅有效解决了信号远距离传输过程中的失真问题,而且在通信模式下PLC可以方便地控制变频器的运行和读取变频器的运行信息,达到了监控变频器运行状态的目的。
