矿用直流不间断电源的设计

摘    要:设计了一种煤矿井下交换机用直流不间断电源。该不间断电源采用MAX713电源管理芯片对镍镉电池进行智能充电;采用MSP430F147单片机作为微处理器,利用外部中断方式监测矿用交流电的工作状态,当发现矿用交流电不能正常供电时对电路进行切换,启动镍镉电池供电,从而保证交换机持续工作。测试结果表明,该不间断电源具有一定的实用性。

Abstract:A DC UPS used in underground exchanger was designed.The UPS uses MAX713 to make intelligent charging for Ni-Cd battery;it takes MSP430F147 as microprocessor,uses external interruption mode to monitor working state of mine-used AC,and it can switchover to start Ni-Cd battery supply when mine-used AC has fault,so as to ensure continuous work of exchanger.The test result showed that the UPS has certain practicality.
