摘    要:提出了一种基于串口通信的电站监控系统的设计方案,重点介绍了该系统发送端、接收端的软硬件设计及通信设置。该系统采用PLC作为发送端控制器,实现对电站及旋转UPS参数的采集、处理及控制功能;接收端采用PC机,通过VB语言编程实现电站"三遥"功能;PLC与PC机通过串行通信端口通信。该系统还在任务保障性、可维修性、可操作性方面进行了特殊设计。应用表明,该系统操作方便,性能可靠。
