摘    要:针对UOE生产线铣边机铣削过程中钢板钝边高度超差问题,从钝边铣削单元在钢板宽度方向的偏移运动分别与钢板的偏移、偏转运动综合作用着手,系统地分析了钝边高度的变化规律,建立了钝边高度与钢板偏移量的函数关系式,并绘制出两种综合作用下钢板钝边高度的变化曲线.明确了钝边高度变化趋势与钝边铣削单元和钢板运动之间的关系,为快速确定钝边高度超差原因及解决措施提供理论依据,对设备的改进具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract:Addressing the problem of out-of-tolerance of the steel plate blunt edge height during the milling process of the edge milling machine of the UOE welding pipe production line, considering the combined effects by the displacement of the blunt edge milling unit in the direction of the width of the steel plate, and the displacement and deflection movements of the steel plate respectively, the regularity of change of blunt edge height is analyzed systematically, and accordingly the function relationship between the blunt edge height and the offset of the steel plate is established, while height variation curves of the steel plate blunt edge as under the two combined effects are plotted. As a result, the relationship between the change trend of the blunt edge height and the movements of the blunt edge-milling unit and the steel plate is identified, which provides a theoretic basis for quickly finding out the causes for blunt edge height oat-of-tolerance, and determining relevant actions for solution of the problem, being of certain reference value for modification of the equipment.
