军用柴油机曲轴的虚拟设计

摘    要:为了提高军用柴油机的设计质量和效率,本文以某军用柴油机曲轴为例,对曲轴进行了虚拟设计.利用基于特征的参数化建模技术对曲轴进行了虚拟原型的建立;模拟曲轴实际工作状态的边界约束和载荷条件.建立了曲轴的虚拟环境以复现和预测其在真实环境下的性能和特征;利用振型叠加法对曲轴进行动态响应分析;通过采集整个位移场的最大变形量,并与设计指标对比,满足给定要求.说明通过对曲轴的虚拟设计,设计质量和效率大大提高.从而为整个柴油机的虚拟设计奠定了基础.

Abstract:For improving design quality and efficiency of military-equipped diesel engine, Virtual designing crankshaft are researched. The feature-based parametric modeling technology was adopted to build virtual solid model of crankshaft. By simulating boundary restrictions and loading conditions, virtual environments was established to forecast its performances under the actual environments. Dynamic responses of crankshaft were calculated with the superposition method of mode of vibration. Contrasting the maximal deformation from whole displacement space with design target shows that the calculated resuits are satisfied the design requirements. With this method, not only virtual design of crankshaft can be realized, but also its design quality and efficiency can be enhanced greatly, which lays a solid foundation of virtual design of complete engine.
