| Abstract: | Water shortage and sharp conflict between water supply and demand are serious problems in Huai River water development and utilization. Besides, weak awareness of water saving. low water use efficiency, serious water pollution and deterioration of ecology and environment are also need to be addressed. We should work out measures on rational development and utilization of Huai River water resources from aspects of planning.management, saving. protection and regulation, etc. |
