摘    要:用调制脉冲电流从含有氯化铬、氯化亚铁、硼酸和其它试剂的混合核酸溶液中沉积出含铬23%的Fe-Cr合金.镀层厚度达8μm,具有光亮金属外观,与铜基体结合力好.镀层具有显著的γ-Fe(面心立方)相,在γ-Fe区域内有非晶态结构.镀层表面有许多微裂纹,并深入至基体.

Abstract:The alloy deposit containging 23 per cent chromium was deposited in a mixedcarboxylic acid solution containing chromium chloride, ferrous chlioride, boricacide and the other reagent using the modulation pulse current. The depositthickness was up to spin and had a bright metallic appearance and exhibited goodadhension to copper. The deposit had the marked r-Fe crystal lattice(f.c.c.)andnonrorystal structure in the r-be area.The deposit surface had many microcracks,which reached to the substrate.
