| 摘 要： | 论述了聚酯生产过程中一些不稳定因素对熔体直纺长丝的影响。研究表明:原料的改变,生产负荷的改变,生产工艺参数的改变及其他一些异常因素都会影响熔体的均匀性,纺丝的稳定性和丝的品质。只有解决了这些问题才能达到稳定高产及高品质产品。

| Abstract: | The effects of some unstable factors in PET production technology on melt direct spinning were discussed.The results showed that the change of raw material,production load,production process parameters and other abnormal factors will do damage to the melt evenness,spinning stability and yarn quality.Only when these problems were solved,the steady production,high output and high quality products can be obtained. |
