| 摘 要： | 通过分析整圆形薄壁支撑零件结构和成形工艺难点,设计了合理的多工位级进模结构,得到了相关成形结构尺寸经验数据。模具加工精度高、产品质量稳定,对同类产品的模具设计有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Through analyzed on the structure characteristics and forming technological difficulties of the thin-walled products of the full circle for supporting,a reasonable structure of multi-position progressive die was designed,and the empirical data on the forming structure was obtained. The accuracy of products was high and the quality kept well. It had a certain significance of die design for the similar products. |
