摘    要:载荷识别是带式输送机实现动态张紧的重要环节,给出了一种基于矢量变换的载荷识别系统。首先通过矢量控制理论中的矢量变换以及电机知识完成从电动机电压、电流和转速到皮带机载荷的公式推导.然后用传感器测量三种信号(电压、电流和转速).采用单片机完成相关运算并通过软件编程实现。这种载荷识别方法运用较新的矢量变换理论,把各参数从不易解决的三相静止坐标系转换到两相旋转坐标系中.整个方法具有理论的可行性.结合单片机系统可将此方法应用于现场,做成仪表.方便煤矿并下的使用。

Abstract:The load identifying is important in achieving belt conveyor dynamic straining. It is mainly about a load identifying system based on vector transformation. Firstly, the vector transformation and knowledge of electric machine is applied to deduce the relationship between load and current, voltage, speed of motor; secondly, special sensors are used to inspect the signal of current, voltage, speed of motor, and the single chip completes relational calculation and software programming. This identifying method adopts the new vector transformation theory, which changes all the parameters in the difficult three phase state coordinate system into two phase rotate coordinate system. All the project has feasibility in theory, and can be used in field coordinated with single chip to strike out equipment. This is convenient for under mine applications.
