碳化硼陶瓷电火花小孔加工精度的工艺研究

摘    要:在详细分析碳化硼陶瓷电火花小孔加工精度影响因素的基础上,采用单因素试验方法试验了基本工艺参数(脉冲宽度、脉冲间隔、峰值电流、加工深度、工具电极等)对孔扩量、出入口直径差的影响,同时分析了影响孔扩量的主要因素,为加工参数的选择提供了依据.

Abstract:The effect of technical machining small hole on B4C with EDM were analyzed in detail and the experiments were carried out to investigate how the single parameter(pulse time(ti),pulse off-time(toff),peak current(Ie),the depth of hole etc.) affect the machining process and results,such as expanding hole and diameter variation between entrances and exits(DVEE).Finally,the principle and rule of choosing the process parameters were achieved.
