摘    要:天然气水合物是一种由气体(主要是甲烷)和水组成的冰状固态化合物。通过对溶液中水合物的生成实验和冰转化为水合物的机理进行总结与分析,得出影响冰转化为水合物的因素。提出用含气率作为评价反应进行程度的指标。针对冰转化为水合物的影响因素,采用正交实验的方法对实验方案进行了设计,建立了正交实验表并进行了实验。实验结果表明,压力越高越有利于水合物的生成,但实验温度和搅拌速率则存在着一个促进水合物生成的最佳值。

Abstract:Natural gas hydrate is a solid compounds formed by gas and water like ice. With the analysis and investigation of hydrate forming experiments in solution, and the mechanism of hydrate formed from ice, the kinetic factors of ice converting to hydrate are obtained in the paper. And the gas bearing ratio is regarded as the evaluation index for estimating the formation reaction. Aiming to the impact factors of ice converting to hydrate, the experiment program is designed with orthogonal experiment method, the orthogonal experiment list is set up, and experiments have been conducted. The results show that higher pressure is for the benefit of hydrate formation, but there is an optimal value for the temperature and the stirring speed to promote hydrate formation.
