摘 要: | 张庄煤矸石电厂投产运行后 ,烟尘排放量超标。根据研究分析 ,针对除尘系统存在的问题 ,采取了增设放灰漏斗、改造文丘里段的喷头、在炉内蜗壳部位打孔安装除尘水管等措施 ,使烟尘排放达到了国标 (GB 1 3 2 71 91 )的规定。在采用成本较低的PXJ型脱硫除尘装置改造除尘系统后 ,烟尘排放浓度达到了 2 0 8mg m3以下。

Conversion of the de-dusting system for flue gas from a power plant fueled by coal refuse |

Abstract: | Since the operation of Huaibei Refuse Fueled Power Plant, its particulate emission is out of regulation; analyses denoted that problems existed in the de dusting system. Measures were taken as: additional ash hoppers, conversion of the Venturi nozzles, dust suppress water tubes at the worm shell within the furnace; then the particulate emission meets the regulation of GB13271 91. On employing the low cost PXJ de sulfuring de dusting facility, the particulate emission is below to 208 g/m+3. |
