基于单片机的漏电断路器漏电保护实现方法

摘    要:分析了分立式漏电断路器漏电流处理模块的工作原理及其在实际应用中的不足,提出了一种基于单片机实时采样处理的漏电流处理方法。给出了该方法的硬件原理图及软件流程图。试验表明,该方法稳定可靠、精度高,并为现场总线化的漏电断路器设计提供了参考。

Abstract:The working principle and the defects in practical application of residual current disposition module of seperated residual current circuit breaker were analyzed, and a disposition method of residual current was proposed based on real-time sample of single chip microcomputer. Its hardware principle and software flowchart were given. Tests show this method is stable, reliable and accurate, and can be a guidance for the design of residual current circtui breaker in fieldbus.
