| 摘 要： | 概述了直线型超声电机的运动机理，综述了国内外直线型超声电机的发展及其研究现状，列举了一些典型例子，总结了直线型超声电机的应用领域。针对现在直线型超声电机在理论、实验、材料等方面存在的问题，指出了在其研究开发中需要解决的关键技术。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the mechanism of linear ultrasonic motors, introduces the present situation of the research and development of linear ultrasonic motors, and gives some typical examples. The domains of application of linear ultrasonic motors are described. In the end, the problems and key techniques of linear ultrasonic motors on aspects of theories, experiments, materials, are pointed out in this paper. |
