大型预焙铝电解槽槽膛内形的在线仿真

摘    要:槽帮的形状对于铝电解槽的正常运行十分重要。据此,建立了一个230kA预焙铝电解槽的准三维热电模型,并用Fortran语言开发了一套仿真软件,实现了槽膛内形的在线仿真和显示。经模拟实验研究和现场实测数据对比,模型和软件均能较好的反映实际情况。

Abstract:The freeze profile is very important to failure-free operation of aluminum electrolytic cell.In view of the above,a quasi-3D thermo-electric model of a 230 kA prebaked cell was set up and a set of simulation software was successfully developed by Fortran language,hence on-line simulation and display were simultaneously achieved for the freeze profile.It is found that the result calculated is good agreement with the measurements.
