特效切削液添加剂的摩擦学特性研究

摘    要:探讨了NM-1特效切削液添加剂的制备方法及其摩擦学性能,并与国内外几种同类切削液添加剂做了比较。结果表明:NM-1的摩擦因数显低于HJ-1(国产)和GM-2(加拿大产),而接近W40(美国产);其耐磨性显优于HJ-1、GM-2和W40;其承载能力(PB值)高于HJ-1和GM-2,而稍低于W40。

Abstract:The preparation of specific cutting fluid additive NM\|1 was studied, as well as its special tribological Characteristics compared to a few of same additives at home and abroad. Results showed that NM\|1 had excellent tribological\|characteristics. The coefficient of friction was lower than HJ\|1 (domestic) and GM\|2 (Canadian) and near to W40 (American). The anti\|wear property was better than HJ\|1, GM\|2 and W40. The loading capacity was higher than HJ\|1 and GM\|2, but only little lower than W40.
