摘    要:继电保护适应电力系统运行变化的能力是有限的。武钢电网3个220kV变电站由环网运行开环为冶金网和武轧网两个独立网的运行方式。运行方式的变化使得110kV线路保护的配合关系改变,整定值需要重新计算。以冶金网线路保护为例阐述整定计算方法。算例表明,整定值能够满足现场需求,可提高线路保护的正确动作率,为武钢的安全生产创造经济效益。

Abstract:The ability of relay protection to adapt the variation of running of the electric power system is limited. The WISCO electric grid is changed from the original three 220 kV transformer substations running in loop mode into two independent electric networks-Metallurgy Network and Wuzha Network running in open loop mode. The change of running mode inevitably leads to the change of cooperated relation of 110 kV line protection and as the result; the setting value has to be recalculated. Taking the line protection of Metallurgy Network as an example, the setting calculation method is elaborated. The case study shows that the setting value can meet the requirements onsite and improve true action rate of relay for line protection and therefore great economic benefit can be achieved for safe production of WISCO.
