混凝法处理马铃薯淀粉废水的研究

摘    要:用混凝法处理马铃薯淀粉废水。研究了混凝剂的种类、投加量、pH以及沉降时间对马铃薯淀粉废水COD去除率的影响。通过对废水处理前后各项指标及处理成本等各方面因素进行综合分析,结果得知,PFS作为马铃薯淀粉废水的混凝剂较为合适,此时马铃薯淀粉废水去除率可达到58%。

Abstract:The potato starch wastewater was treated by the coagulating process.The cleaning efficiency of the COD in the wastewater was studied by changing the experiment conditions such as the kinds of coagulating agents,the quantity of coagulating agent,the pH of the wastewater,the settling time.All of the indexes of the wastewater before and after the treatment,and the costs were analyzed synthetically.The results showed that polymerized ferrous sulfate(PFS) was the suitable coagulant to concrete the potato starch wastewater,the COD removal rate achieved 58 %.
