氧化亚铜基金属陶瓷导电性的试验研究

摘    要:研究了w(Cu)为44%时Cu2O-Cu金属陶瓷电导纺σ的变化规律,所得定性和定量的结果均符合导通理论。当铜的体积份数达0.15-0.17时,σ值发生了5-7个数量级的跃迁,导电特征也由半导体型转化为金属导电,从而证明由铜粒子构成了无限导通带所致。

Abstract:The transformation rule of conductivity about cermet made of cuprous - oxide and copper with copper content of 44% was discussed, the result on qualitative and quantitative analysis was without exception to transmit theory' When volume content of copper reached 0. 15 ~ 0. 17, the value of & transitin would rise 5 ~ 7 levels of magnitude, characteristic of electrical transmission also translated from semiconductor style into content type, thus proved that was caused by infinity conducted belt constituted in copper particles.
