摘    要:内蒙古天意化工有限责任公司磷铵厂在多年生产中,针对各种杂矿的共性,开发了新的磷酸操作技术,即"适当降低萃取率,提高洗涤率",该技术的实施,使磷酸产量由原15 kt/a P2O5提高到30 kt/ap2O5;磷矿石(降低0.11t/t磷铵)和硫酸(降低0.15 t/t磷铵)消耗降低,获得1 35万元/年的经济效益.

Abstract:In view of the denominator of different varieties of phosphate rock, a new technology of phosphoric acid production, namely reducing extraction rate and raising wash rate, was developed based on longterm productive experience, the technology resulted in which the yield of phosphoric acid was increased from 15 kt/a to 30 kt/a P 2O 5, the quotas of phosphate rock and sulfuric acid were decreased by 0.11 ton and 0.15 ton per ton ammonium phosphate respectively, and the economic benefit of 1.35 million RMB Yuan per year was achieved.
