PH-5型粉喷桩机的升级改造和定型

PH-5型粉喷桩机搅拌方向单一、浆液浪费量大，特别是随着加固深度的增加，喷浆口压力的增大，浆液不能有效地渗入到土体中，经其加固的地基在一定程度上显得单位面积承载力不够，沉降量过大，无法保证重载路基较长久的使用寿命和安全性。在不改变原PH-5型粉喷桩机结构及操作方法的前提下，对该桩机进行升级改造，改造后的桩机能够实现内外钻杆同时反向同轴旋转，使连接在内外钻杆上的钻头进行双向搅拌和钻进，可有效地控制返浆，改善搅拌均匀性，提高桩体强度、成桩速度和成桩质量。
