集控站自动化模式的探讨和展望

本文根据集控变电站出现的背景、特点及其功能,阐述了实施集控站运行模式的必要性,介绍了实施集控站自动化模式应遵循的原则和当前我国集控站的运行现状,对当前国内集控站自动化模式的有关问题进行了探讨,并通过分析比较分级管理和集中控制这两种集控站管理模式各自的特点和适用范围,对未来集控站的发展方向提出展望和建议。

Discussion and Expectation on Automatization Mode of the Concentrate- control Substation

According to the background of adopting concentrate- control substation (CCS) , its features and function, the author explained the necessity and principle to carry out the CCS operation automatization mode, introduced its operation situation at home now, and discussed relative problems. There are two management modes, classification management & concentrate- control, in CCS. Passing through analysis and compare to them, the author presented expectation and advises for the development direction of CCS in the future.
