盾构隧道微扰动施工控制技术体系及其应用

摘    要:为控制盾构隧道施工对周边建(构)筑物(群)的扰动影响,确保施工沿线的建(构)筑物(群)处于良好的服务状态,建立了盾构隧道的微扰动施工控制技术体系,该技术体系由施工前的查勘预测与抉择、施工过程中的监控量测与反馈控制和施工结束后的长期预测与控制三部分构成。施工前的查勘预测与抉择是基础,包括周边环境与场地的查勘、微扰动指标的制定、辅助保护措施的抉择及施工前的扰动预测等内容;施工过程中的监控量测与反馈控制是核心,由监控量测和动态反馈控制构成;施工结束后的长期预测与控制是延伸,是验证施工扰动程度和控制施工工后沉降的关键,在流变现象严重的地区尤为重要。微扰动施工控制技术体系在上海轨道交通11号线下穿越重要历史建筑物工程和10号线下穿越机场跑道工程中的成功应用,表明了该技术体系的正确性和重要性,为今后盾构隧道下穿越工程的施工控制提供了借鉴和参考。

Abstract:In order to control the disturbed effects on the adjacent buildings and structures of shield driven tunnels and to ensure the good service status of the surrounding buildings and structures, a micro-disturbed construction control technology system for shield driven tunnels is established. The system includes three parts: survey, predication and decision before the construction (SPD part), monitoring and feedback-control during construction (MFC part) and long-term prediction and control after construction (LPC part). Among them, SPD is the foundation and contains site and environment survey, indices of micro-disturbed construction, choice of auxiliary protection measures and prediction of construction; MFC is the core part of the system and includes monitoring and feedback-control; LPC is the extension of the system and the key step to check the construction disturbance and to control the long-term settlement, which is especially important in the area with significant creep. The successful application of this system to Metro 11 Undercrossing Historic Buildings Project and Metro 10 Undercrossing Track of Hongqiao Airport in Shanghai demonstrates its rationality and significance. The micro-disturbed construction control system may provide a guide or reference for the shield driven tunnel undercrossing engineering in the future.
