X射线荧光分析技术在冶金分析中的应用

摘    要:介绍了用于冶金原辅材料分析的通用软件“宽范围氧化物精确测定定量分析程序”(WRO)和专用于各类合金准确定量分析的NiFeCo通用软件;适用于取制样条件较差,难以获得大块样品的生产现场的“钢削XRF直接测定”的定量分析方法,针对新材料解剖和现场条件较差,难获得大量标样的情况,还介绍了“SemIQ”和“IQ^+”两种无标定量分析软件在冶金分析中的应用。

Abstract:The application of X Ray fluorescence spectrometric analytical technology to metallurgy and the progress in modern spectrometry and softwares. This paper also describes several types of softwares used in metallurgical analysis such as WRO for analysis of wide range oxides in raw and auxiliary materials for metallurgical process, NiFeCo for analysis of steel and Ni. Co based alloys, and semIQ or IQ softwares for standardless analysis. The application of these softwares to metallurgical analysis are described.
