NdFeB永磁材料及其在永磁电机中的应用

摘    要:本文介绍了钕铁硼(NdFeB)永磁材料的电磁性能、热稳定性、价格及资源等有关问题。探讨了温度系数、不可逆损失等因素对电机的影响。适当改善 NdFeB 的热稳定性,降低温度系数后用在永磁电机上可改善电机的性能,降低成本。目前已初步取得满意的效果。以10kWNdFeB 永磁同步电动机为例,说明在效率、功率因数和节能效果等方面的优越性。NdFeB 永磁同步电动机发展前景十分广阔,势必将逐步取代 AINiCo 和 SmCo 等永磁材料,具有很高的推广价值。

Abstract:Electromagnetic performance,thermal stability,price and resources of NdFeB permanent-magnet material are introduced,and the influence of temperature co- efficient and nonreversible loss,etc.on electric machines is inquired into in this paper.After suitable improvement of thermal stability and decreasing temperature coefficient of the NdFeB its application to electric machines may ameliorate the performance of electric machines and reduce cost.The above-metioned preliminary improvements have obtained satisfactory effect.NdFeB permanent-magnet synchrono- us motor (for example 10 kW motor)shows,that the efficiency,power factor and effect of energy-saving of NdFeB permanent-magnet motor are excellent.It has a wide developing prospect,arid this permanent-magnet material will replace the AlNiCo and SmCo progressively and will be spread.
