| 摘 要： | 筛选了氯乙酸与乙醇酯化制备氯乙酸乙酯的催化剂和带水剂 ,并得出了酯化反应的最佳条件 :醇酸比为 3∶1(0 3mol∶0 1mol)、0 5g磷钼酸为催化剂、15ml环己烷为带水剂 ,回流反应 90min ,产率可达 93%。

| Abstract: | The esterification of chloroacetic acid and ethanol is studied.The proper catalyst and water-carrying agent were selected. It has been indicated by results of experiment that proper mole ratio of alcohol to acid is 3∶1(0.3 mol∶0.1 mol), appropriate use level of catalyst phospho-molybdic acid is 0.5 g., cyclohexane is suitable water-carrying agent which the optimum use level is 15 ml, reaction 90 min in a state of reflux. The maximum yield of ester is 93%. |
