| 摘 要： | 对22个相同复合材料层合板试样进行大子样拉伸试验,研究层合板的性能分散性规律.先测量抗拉强度、轴向和横向的应变值,计算每个试件的弹性模量和泊松比.随后对数据进行统计处理,发现复合材料层合板的抗拉强度和泊松比与对数正态分布模型、弹性模量与线性logistic模型拟合较好.最后,给出该复合材料层合板拉伸性能的分散性参数.

| Abstract: | In order to study the dispersibility of the tensile properties,the tensile properties of 22 composite laminate samples are tested.The detail procedure is as follows.The tensile strength,the vertically and horizontally strain of the samples are tested in tensile process.Then the elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of each sample are calculated.With statistical analysis,it's considered that lognormal distribution are the best function to simulate tensile strength and Poisson's ratio,and linear logistic model are the greatest one to simulate elastic modulus.At the end of the paper,the parameters of the dispersibility of the tensile properties of composite laminate are given. |
