摘    要:本文在1700 mm冷连轧机大量试验的基础上,用有限单元法建立了轧辊的温度场,热变形和热凸度理论模型,并建立了近似统计模型,对高速冷连轧过程中,轧辊的热行为特性进行了深入研究,这对逐步改善板形控制和完善板形控制系统具有重要意义。

Abstract:On the basis of a large number of tests acted on the 1700 mm tandem cold mill, using the finite element method, theoretical models of temperature field, thermal deformation and thermal-camber of roller as well as their approximately statistic models were set up. The thermal behavior and characteristics of roller in high speed cold rolling process was studied extensively. This study is of important significance for progressively improving shape control and perfecting shape control system.
