| 摘 要： | 为应对国内外熔模精密铸造业的发展趋势和国内对熔模铸造模料(熔模铸造蜡)的市场需求,本文根据实验室配方试验结果,研究开发了低、中温系列精密铸造模料釜内调合、间歇式生产的调合生产工艺,并进行了工业生产,所得产品质量稳定、重复性好,提高了石油蜡的产品附加值.

| Abstract: | Considering of the international development trend of the casting industry and the domestic market demand of the mold casting pattern materials(mold casting waxes),a new concoction technology for producing low, middle temperature series mold casting pattern materials are developed.Experimental results show that the new technology can produce products with better quality reliability and repeatability,and can enhance the product addition value of petroleum wax. |
