摘    要:以四氯化钛和硝酸镧为原料,采用微乳液法制备了纳米TiO2和掺杂La3 的纳米TiO2,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)、红外光谱法(IR)等分析手段对产物进行了表征.XRD计算结果表明,所制备的纳米粒子平均粒径约为11 nm.La3 的掺入改变了纳米TiO2的相组成和晶格,延缓了TiO2由锐钛型向金红石型的转变.

Abstract:The nano-titania and lanthanum-doped nano-titania are prepared by microemulsions method with TiCl4 and lanthanum nitrate as raw materials. The products are characterized by means of X-ray diffraction (XRD),thermogravimetric plots-differential thermal analysis ( TG-DTA) and infrared spectrometry (IR) respectively. The results of XRD reveal that the average diameter of TiO2 is around 11 nm, and lanthanum doping can change the phase composition and crystal lattice of the nano-titania, and delay the change of the TiO2 from anatase-type to rutile type.
