共沉淀法制备纳米氧化镁的研究

摘    要:以氯化镁与碳酸钠为原料,采用共沉淀法,研究了反应溶液的pH值、反应物浓度、反应温度、反应时间和煅烧温度对制备纳米氧化镁粉体的影响,通过透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重分析(TG)对样品的性能进行测试,获得纳米氧化镁平均粒径约12 nm,且分布较均匀.

Abstract:The nanometer MgO is prepared by the sedimentation method with MgCl2 and Na2CO3 as raw materials.The main influencing factors,such as pH value of the reaction,the reactant density,the reaction temperature,and the calcining temperature for preparing nanometer MgO powder are investigated.The property of MgO sample is tested with the transmission electronic microscope(TEM),the X-ray diffraction analysis(XRD) and the thermogravimetry(TG). The product has an average diameter of 12 nm with good sphere-shaped.
