摘    要:炼油厂高浓度混合水由碱渣废水和电脱盐水组成,其化学需氧量(COD)可高达3000mg/L,含盐量达1700mg/L,氨氮含量50mg/L左右,挥发酚含量为70mg/L左右,硫化物含量为70mg/L,混合水流量为50m^3/h。为了减少高浓度污水对鼓风曝气系统的冲击,保证炼油厂污水处理系统的达标排放,采用固定微生物法对高浓度污水进行预处理。使高浓度污水预处理后的COD小于或等于300mg/L,氨氮小于或等于1mg/L,硫化物小于或等于2mg/L,挥发酚含量为9mg/L,然后送人鼓风曝气系统进行进一步的深度处理。使二沉池出水COD小于或等于150mg//L,实现达标排放。

Abstract:The hi-concentration mixing water is composed of alkaline dregs wastewater and electric desalting water in refinery plant, the COD content is bout 3 000 mg/L, the salinity is about 1 700 mg/L, the ammonianitrogen content is about 50 mg/L, volatile phenol content is about 70mg/L, sulfide content is bout 70 mg/L and amount of mixing water is about 50 m^3/h. In order to reduce the impact on blast aeration system from hi-concentration wastewater and ensure the qualified discharge of wastewater treatment system in refinery plant, the immobilized microorganisms method is applied to pre-treat hi-concentration wastewater, the COD, ammonia-nitrogen and sulfide contents are less than 300 mg/L, 1 mg/L and 2 mg/L respectively, and volatile phenol is 9 mg/L after pre-treatment. The treated wastewater is transported to blast aeration system for further advanced treating; the COD content of the outlet from the secondary sedimentation tank is less than 150 mg/L which satisfies the qualified discharge.
