摘    要:针对传统失效模式及效果分析(FMEA)技术在模糊语境应用中存在的缺陷,提出一种可考虑模糊语境和失效模式关联性的模糊关联FMEA方法.运用模糊集理论量化产品或系统失效评估中的专家经验和语言的模糊信息,通过模糊改进的逼近于理想解排序技术(TOPSIS),得到各种失效模式的影响强度.利用决策试验与评价实验室(DEMATEL)理论,构建失效模式直接影响关联图,获得失效模式综合影响矩阵,计算得到每种失效模式的原因度,开展复杂系统的模糊关联失效风险评估.采用该方法对某离心泵系统进行安全性分析,并与传统风险优先数(RPN)法和模糊FMEA法的分析结果进行比较.结果表明,采用该方法可以提高分析的可靠性.

Abstract:Considering some inherent shortcomings of the conventional failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), a correlated FMEA method was proposed for reprioritization of interrelated failure modes with linguistic vagueness. The fuzzy linguistic knowledge in an evaluation of failure mode was quantified by fuzzy set theory, and an effective number of each failure mode was obtained with a fuzzy-modified technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). A digraph of direct relations between failure modes was constructed, and then a matrix of failure influences was gained using decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) method. The risk evaluation of failure modes in a complex system with linguistic vagueness was completed with obtained causal degree of each failure mode from the matrix of failure influences. The proposed method was applied to safety analysis of the complex centrifugal pump.The results indicated that, compared with the risk priority number (RPN) method and the fuzzy FMEA method, the proposed correlated FMEA method could greatly improve the analysis reliability.
