高速铁路用道砟胶性能及应用研究

摘    要:采用分子设计改变硬段(异氰酸酯)含量的方法,通过多异氰酸酯和聚醚多元醇反应,制备了一系列不同强度和韧性的高速铁路用道砟胶。研究结果表明:当硬段质量分数为40%-50%左右以及采用有机铋作催化剂时,所制备的道砟胶物化性能最好,成功应用于京沪高铁、黄河大桥以及哈大铁路等道砟的粘接,现场施工效果良好。

Abstract:Using molecular design to change the hard segment (isocyanate) content, a series of ballast adhesive with different strength and toughness for high-speed railway could be prepared through the polymerization of i- socyanate and polyether polyol. The result showed that the physicochemical performance of ballast adhesive was the best when the hard segment content was about 40% -50% and the organic bismuth catalyst was used. Using spra- ying technology construction, it had been applied successfully to bond ballasts in Jinan Yellow River Bridge of the Beijing-Shanghai High-speed railway and Harbin-Dalian High-speed railway, which had the good effects of con- strucfion site.
