基于双输出神经网络的转炉碳温控制模型

摘    要:分析了转炉终点碳温控制时应采用的控制变量,采用标准差和中位数等方面对转炉冶炼输入变量进行前处理,用主成分分析法对现场数据的神经网络训练样本进行降维处理,建立了基于双输出神经网络的转炉终点碳温控制模型。

Abstract:A model based on 2-output neutral network has been developed. 12 training algorithms have been reviewed. The control variables of and temperature control at end point are determined. The principal component analysis has been used to decrease dimension of training sets. The model can discard wrong data, form training sets, realize auto-update.
