闭环程控直流电流源的设计

摘    要:介绍闭环程控直流电流源的硬件组成和软件实现方法。单片机为系统主控核心,通过D/A转换器对压控电流源进行调控,采用电流/电压变换器MAX472实时采集输出电流值,经A/D转换器MAX197反馈给单片机,构成闭环控制系统。采用离散增量数字PID算法实现输出电流的精确控制,提高程控电流源的设计精度和调整精度。

Abstract:This article introduces the hardware composition and the software realization method of the closed loop program control direct current source.The monolithic integrated circuit works as the primary control core of the system,controls the voltagecontrolling current supply through the D/A converter,uses the electric current/voltage changer MAX472 realtime gathering output magnitude of current,feeds back to the monolithic integrated circuit after the A/D converter MAX197,constitutes a closedloop control system.Uses the separate increase numeral PID algorithm to realize the accuracy control of output current,enhances the design precision and the(adjustment) precision of the program control current supply.
