摘    要:采用XRD、OM和SEM手段研究了Sm(0~2.0%,质量分数,下同)对AZ61合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Sm优先与A1形成高熔点Al2Sm弥散相,细化合金显微组织,提高时效态合金室温抗拉强度和屈服强度。在研究范围内,加入1.5%Sm的合金力学性能最优。Sm可以通过细晶强化、Ramakrishnan强化和Gypen固溶强化机制对AZ61合金强度产生影响。

Abstract:Microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ61 magnesium alloy with Sm(0-2.0 wt.%) addition were investigated through XRD,OM and SEM.The results show that the addition of Sm can dramatically enhance the yield strength and tensile strength of the aged alloy at ambient temperature.Added 0.5wt%~2.0wt% Sm,the microstructure of the AZ61 alloy is remarkably refined,and the spotted,high-melting point phase Al2Sm is found in the alloy.The mechanical properties of the AZ61 alloy with 1.5wt% Sm are optimal in this study.Sm can improve the mechanical properties of AZ61 alloy by grain-refinement strengthening,Ramakrishnan strengthening and Gypen strengthening mechanism.
