摘    要:对当前大功率发光二极管(LED)照明散热技术的现状进行了介绍。针对LED照明热源的特点,开发了一系列具有特殊翅片结构的热管换热器,并对不同工况下各种热管的散热能力进行了测试,测试结果表明,所研发的新型热管换热器散热能力比普通热管换热器有明显提高,结构更加紧凑,其中,外翻形翅片结构的热管换热器散热能力最好,可为LED照明散热技术的发展和研究提供参考。

Abstract:Various cooling systems and methods applied to high power LED lamps are introduced.According to the characteristics of high power LED lamps,a series of heat pipes with specific fin structures are developed and tested under different conditions.Test results show that the new heat pipe heat exchangers feature higher efficiency of heat dissipation and more compact construction than the conventional heat pipe heat exchangers and that the new heat exchanger with outwards-radiate fins has the best heat dissipation performance.The research findings can provide reference for the development of LED lamp cooling technology.
