| 摘 要： | 针对中小工厂玻璃拉丝工艺较低的自动化程度，介绍了一种用ATMega128单片机为CPU组成的数据采集板（DAB）的和用北京亚控公司的组态王软件设计的玻璃拉丝实时监控系统。叙述了该系统的软硬件组成，着重介绍了上位机组态，以及通过数据采集板与40台熔炉的120块仪表的通信。这些仪表是由AT89S52、PIC16F628A单片机控制的智能模块。
