高压电气设备绝缘性能的判定方法

摘    要:通过试验掌握高压设备的绝缘状况,能及时发现绝缘内部隐藏的缺陷,避免设备运行中发生击穿,造成停电或设备损坏等不可挽回的损失。结合现场试验工作的需要对测量绝缘电阻、吸收比、极化指数试验、泄漏电流试验、介质损失角正切tan的测量试验、局部放电试验、直流耐压试验、交流耐压试验的试验原理、测量方法及如何根据结果判定绝缘性能进行了分析,结合试验,以实现准确判断高压电气设备是否存在绝缘缺陷的目的。

Abstract:Through the test control of high voltage equipment insulation status, the internal insulation hidden defects can be discovered to avoid equipment breakdown in operation , causing irreparable loss such as power outage or equipment damage. Combining the need of field test, the author analyzed the measurement of insulation resistance, absorption ratio, polarization index test and leakage current test, the dielectric loss angle tangent tan & measurement test, partial discharge test, dc withstand voltage test, the test principle of ac withstand voltage test, measurement method and how to determine the insulation performance , and associated test practice to accurately determine whether there is insulation defects of high voltage electrical equipment through a series of insulation tests.
