| Abstract: | According to the journals of colleges and universities in Jiangsu province, editing team construction survey on the current situation of statistics and comparative study are conducted.Editing team configuration problems and the reasons in journals of colleges and universities in Jiangsu province are discussed .Measures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of university journal editing teams. |
