摘    要:语法是否具有可教性的争议至今尘埃未定,实践中很多教师仍然在教授语法。关于教授方法是隐性还是显性更好也尚无定论,近来的趋势是倾向于显性的学习。大学英语课时有限而任务繁重,可以采用"隐性课堂教学"加"显性自学"的方式来解决这一矛盾。计算机辅助教学的发展和大学生的学习特点都决定了语法可以"显性自学",其关键是找到合适的自学课件。语法的"显性自学"对课件的要求是高度的可定制性和对教师的完全替代性。

Abstract:The arguments over the teachability of grammar have not yet reached a conclusion but grammar is being taught by many English teachers in real practice.The same is true for the argument over whether implicit instruction is better than explicit instruction in teaching grammar or the other way around but the recent trend is toward an explicit instruction.To address the contradiction between tight schedule and ambitious target in college English teaching, a concept of combination of “implicit classroom instruction” and “explicit self-study” is proposed.The development in computer aided instruction and the learning characteristics of college students enable the students to study grammar by themselves in an explicit manner and the key is a proper self-study courseware, which must be highly customizable and able to replace the role teachers play in classroom grammar teaching.
