彩钢电缆桥架技术探讨

摘    要:传统电缆桥架产品采用钢板弯制后涂锌或加表面涂装的生产方式,因生产工艺粗放,导致产品质量粗糙,表面耐腐蚀性能差,且钢材耗量大。对采用彩钢制作桥架进行了探讨,以工业化生产方式,保证了产品的强度、刚度及耐腐蚀性等,且用材省、性价比高,是新一代电缆桥架的发展方向,可广泛应用于工业与民用建筑电气及智能化工程的电线电缆敷设。

Abstract:The traditional cable bridge product used steel plate bending before zinc or surface coating. As a result of extensive production technology, product quality is rough, corrosion resistance of surface is poor, and steel consumption is big. The use of colorbond cable bridge was discussed. It used the industrial production method, to ensure the product's strength, rigidity and corrosion resistance, etc. And it has less material and high cost-effective, it is the development direction of a new generation of cable bridge. It was pointed out that steel bridge will be widely used electrical wire and cable laying in industrial and civil building electrical and intelligent engineering.
