汽车转向轮定位参数调整教具的设计与仿真

摘    要:由于汽车转向轮定位参数形成原理复杂,调整效果不直观,导致学生学习抽象难懂,难以取得良好的教学效果。针对这些问题开发了适用于课堂教学的汽车转向轮定位参数调整教具。以UG为设计研发平台,采用UG/Motion模块进行机构动态仿真分析,对关键零部件进行了强度校核,提高了教具的设计效率和质量。

Abstract:The principle of automotive steering wheel alignment parameters is very complex, and its adjustment effect is not intuitive, so it is so abstract and difficult to understand for students. This teaching situation has a negative effect on teaching quality. To solve this problem, a teaching aid for alignment parameters adjustment of automobile steering wheel is developed. To improve the design efficiency and quality, it is based on the platform of software UG and developed to check the strength of critical parts by using the module of UG/Motion dynamic simulation analysis.
