车轮扰流板对轿车风阻的影响

摘    要:针对某新开发的三厢轿车,采用数值仿真的方法研究了车轮扰流板对于车轮处流场以及整车气动阻力的影响。在原型数值研究基础上加装了两种不同的车轮扰流板,进行了流场模拟;并对比分析了3种方案在车轮处的流动特性及其整车气动阻力。研究发现,在车轮前增加合适的车轮扰流板,可以有效减小车轮两侧气流的分离,缩小汽车尾部涡流区域,从而有助于降低整车气动阻力。

Abstract:The numerical method was applied to investigate the influence of spoiler before the wheel on the flow field near the wheel and on the total aerodynamic drag for a general notch back passenger car.The original model and the two revised models with different wheel spoilers were given and the circumjacent flow field numerically simulated.After the comparison and analysis of the flow characteristics and aerodynamic drag for the given models,the conclusions can be drawn that to equip with a proper wheel spoiler is effective to decrease the flow separation beside the wheel and then the vortex zone in the wake,which will help to reduce aerodynamic drag of the passenger car.
