| 摘 要： | 本文从某厂能源的利用与管理现状出发，针对电解生产工艺及动力能源消耗，建立了能源管理工作程序，确定了能源管理的职能，建立健全了能源管理台帐及管理制度并采取了有效的节能措施，结果降低了能源消耗。达到节约用能，创建资源节约型企业的目的。

| Abstract: | Based on the current situation of energy utilization and its management in an aluminum smelting plant, focuses the aluminum process and the powers and energy consumed during aluminum production, this paper constituted energy management program, verified energy management function, established and improved the management record and control system, with efficient measures, the energy consumptions were reduced. |
