摘    要:利用窄点技术优化5.0 Mt/a中东原油常减压蒸馏装置的换热网络,采用VC++编程技术,确定最小传热温差Δtmin;优化原油分流股数,降低冷公用工程量;热端分段设计以满足初馏塔深拔。优化结果:Δtmin为15℃;热端温度240℃,冷端温度225℃;最小冷、热公用工程量分别为17 139.74 kW和43 378.74 kW。在常渣外甩0.54 Mt/a情况下,原油换后终温为283℃,换热面积为16 935 m2,比同等条件下原装置的换后终温提高31℃,换热面积减少3 967 m2。

Abstract:The pinch technology was used to optimize the heat exchanger network of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of 5.0 Mt/a Middle East crude oil. By using VC+ + programming, the minimal heat transfer temperature difference Δt_(min) was determined, and the shunt number of crude oil was optimized to reduce cold utility quantity. Meanwhile, the deep drawing of primary distillation tower was satisfied by step-by-step design of hot-side. The result of optimization shows that Δt_(min) is 15 ℃, hot-side temperature is 240 ℃, cold-side temperature is 225 ℃, and the minimal cold utility quantity and the minimal hot utility quantity are 17 139.74 kW and 43 378.74 kW, respectively. Under the condition of 0.54 Mt/a slag rejection of normal atmosphere residuum, the final temperature of crude oil is 283 ℃, the area of heat exchange is 16 935 m~2; under the same condition, the final temperature rises by 31 ℃, and the area of heat exchange is reduced by 3 967 m~2.
