石墨烯的制备及研究现状

摘    要:阐述了石墨烯的制备方法如机械剥离法、氧化石墨还原法、加热SiC法和化学气相沉积法等,分析了各种制备方法的优缺点。论述了石墨烯在纳米电子器件、取代硅芯片、制造最快的碳晶体管、减少噪声和潜在的储氢材料领域等方面的应用,同时简要分析了石墨烯的结构对其性质的影响,展望了其未来的发展前景。

Abstract:Preparation methods of graphene are introduced,which include mechanical exfoliation,reduction graphite oxide,annealing of SiC and chemical vapor deposition methods,etc.The characteristics as well as problems of various preparation methods are analyzed.Besides,graphene used for nanoelectronic devices,the computer chip to replace the silicon,to create the fastest carbon transistors,reduce noise and in the fields of potential hydrogen storage materials are discussed,the effects of the structure of graphene on ...
