| Abstract: | The circulation economy appeared late 20~(th)century is a new mode of world economy and an important means to ensure sustainable development.The definition and main features of circulation economy are explained. According to contradiction between traditional exploitation of mineral resources and circulation economy,policy and ways for achieving sustainable development of mineral resource exploitation are explained. |
